Things to do in Koramangala

Koramangala is just across Hosur Road from Hotel Paramos Meeds. It is one of Bengaluru's liveliest neighbourhoods, known for food, cafés, start-up offices and nightlife, and most of it is a short auto ride away.

Nexus Mall Koramangala

The mall on Hosur Road, known for years as Forum Mall, was renamed Nexus Mall in 2022. It has fashion and electronics shops, a food court, restaurants and a multiplex, and it is the easiest landmark to give a driver. From the hotel it is about 1.5 km, roughly 10 minutes.

Eating and drinking

Koramangala is divided into numbered blocks, and almost every one has a cluster of places to eat. The stretches around 80 Feet Road and the 5th, 6th and 7th Blocks are the busiest, with everything from old-school darshinis and biryani houses to specialty coffee, bakeries, craft breweries and late-night dessert spots.

Restaurants open and close quickly here, so check a food app for what is new. Weekend dinners get busy after 8 PM, so book or go early.

Agara Lake and green spaces

For a walk, head to Agara Lake on the HSR Layout side, about 3 to 4 km from the hotel. The lake covers around 80 acres, with a walking and cycling track and a small park at the north end. Mornings are best.

Colleges, hospitals and offices

Many guests come to Koramangala for a reason: St John's Medical College Hospital, Christ University on Hosur Road, Jyoti Nivas College, and the many start-up and tech offices in the area. All are within a few kilometres of the hotel. See our guides for St John's and Christ University.

Getting around

Autos and app cabs are everywhere. Short hops cost little, but traffic on Hosur Road and around Sony World and Forum junctions slows down in the evening. For a short trip to Nexus Mall, walking along Hosur Road is often quicker at peak hours.

A simple evening plan

Spend the late afternoon at Nexus Mall, then take a short auto ride into the blocks for dinner. If you are in Bengaluru for work, Koramangala is also full of coworking spaces and cafés that welcome laptops, so you can work there by day and eat there by night.

Ending the day

If you would rather stay close, Café Luma Haus on our roof serves coffee, shakes and burgers until 10 PM, and Talasi downstairs serves North Indian, biryani and Indo-Chinese until 10:30 PM.

Timings, prices and routes were checked in October 2026 and can change. Please confirm with the venue before you travel.
