What is Check in Check Out Time?

Check in is at 12 PM, check out is at 11 AM.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

Smoking inside the room is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₹10,000 will be applicable for any violation. For the convenience of our guests, designated smoking areas have been created in the rooftop café.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

Yes, we offer In Room Dining from 12 PM to 10:30 PM. Breakfast is buffet only.

Do you have a pool?

No, we do not have a pool. But we have a fully equipped gym with the latest modern equipment.

Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, there is a dry cleaning service available to all hotel residents for a charge. Information can be found on our Guest Services Platform or from reception.

Which is the closest Metro station?

The Central Silk Board Metro Station, inaugurated in August 2025 on Bengaluru's Yellow Line, is the closest to the Hotel.

How do I get to the hotel?

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change. What should I do?

Please contact the customer service department of the website you used for booking.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?

Some rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. A per-night rental fee applies.

Is my ID required at check in?

Yes, a valid government ID is required. Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport. PAN card is not accepted.

Can I check in with my debit card?

Yes, debit cards are accepted at check-in.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit cards, cash, debit cards, UPI, and payment gateways like Razorpay are accepted.
