Mornings are South Indian: idly and vada, masala dosa, ghee dosa and poori bhaji, or the buffet breakfast at ₹290. Later in the day the tandoor turns out paneer tikka, tandoori chicken and Afghani chicken, and the kitchen cooks North Indian curries such as butter chicken, kadai paneer and dal fry, with naan, kulcha and lachha paratha.
