At Hotel Paramos Meeds, we understand that plans can change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for your booking.

Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the type of rate booked.

Cancellation Timeline

Refund amounts depend on when you cancel your reservation relative to your check-in date:

Full Refund
48+ Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date qualify for a full refund, minus processing fees.
Partial Refund
24-48 Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made within 24-48 hours before check-in incur a 50% charge of the booking amount. You will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Within 24 Hours or No-Show
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be charged.

Full Refund Policy

Guests are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
  • ﹣Cancellation made 48 hours or more before check-in date
  • ﹣Booking was made on a standard refundable rate
  • ﹣No previous cancellations or modifications to the booking

Processing Fees: A nominal processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover transaction costs.

Partial Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of check-in will receive a partial refund:

Refund Amount
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded
Charge Applied
50% cancellation charge will be retained by the hotel

No Refund Policy

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • ﹣Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in date
  • ﹣No-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation)
  • ﹣Early departure from the hotel
  • ﹣Bookings made under non-refundable promotional rates

In these cases, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.

Early Departures

Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure date will not receive a refund for the remaining nights.

Example: If you book for 5 nights but check out after 3 nights, you will be charged for all 5 nights. No refund will be provided for the unused 2 nights.

We recommend confirming your travel plans before booking to avoid early departure charges.

Special Promotions

Bookings under special promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable unless stated in the promotion terms.

Changes to Reservation Dates

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or rate adjustments.

  • ﹣Changes within 24 hours of check-in may not be permitted

Non-Refundable Rates

Some rates or packages may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date. These will be clearly noted at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Bookings Include:
  • ﹣Advance purchase rates with significant discounts
  • ﹣Last-minute deals and flash sales
  • ﹣Special event or holiday packages
  • ﹣Third-party booking platform reservations (check platform policy)

These bookings offer lower rates in exchange for commitment. Please be certain of your travel plans before booking non-refundable rates.

Group Bookings

Refund policies for group bookings (5 or more rooms) may vary from standard policies.

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, Hotel Paramos Meeds reserves the right to offer alternative solutions in place of refunds.

Alternative Solutions May Include:
  • ﹣Rescheduling your booking to future dates at no additional cost
  • ﹣Issuing travel credit valid for 12 months
  • ﹣Partial refunds based on circumstances
  • ﹣Alternative accommodation arrangements

Policy adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the severity and nature of the event.

Refund Processing Time

Once your cancellation is approved and refund eligibility is confirmed, please allow time for processing:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for booking
Note: The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution's processing time, which may vary.

How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your reservation, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Confirmation
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours
Step 3: Refund Processing
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
